Abinash Dhungel, Dip.FP, CMC
Director, BlackRange Financial Solutions

Abinash has been working in Personal financial services for over 7 years. He has been a Mortgage Broker for 5 years specialising in residential mortgages.

He commenced his career in Financial Services with HSBC, helping the bank's retail customers with their personal financial needs.

BlackRange Residential Finance (incorporating The Mortgage Store) has assisted over 5,000 Australians own their own homes.

Abinash is a Member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia and has attained accreditation as a Certified Mortgage Consultant (CMC).

Abinash has a commitment to on-going education and is in the process of completing the Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning).

David Nimmo, Dip.FP
Director, Black Range Financial Solutions

David has been a licensed Financial Planner in the industry for over 17 years specialising in the following areas:

• Wealth Creation.
• Wealth and Asset Protection.
• Pre and Post Retirement Strategies.
• Superannuation.

He commenced his career with Westpac as a Financial Planner, helping the Bank's retail and business banking customers with their financial planning needs for over 10 years.
 
David left Westpac in June 2003 to commence his own Financial Planning business, which currently has over 400 customers and manages and provides advice on $30 Million of customers' money. David's commitment to his customers and the industry have resulted in him successfully attaining 'Quality Advice' status within his field.

Ian Jordan, AMC, GradDip.Mgmt, GradDip.IT&T
Director, BlackRange Financial Solutions

Since his early days as an officer in the Royal Australian Navy, Ian has always strived to exceed the expectations of those he serves.

This personal quality together with leadership skills honed after 10 years in the Navy led him to Morgan & Banks and Hamilton James and Bruce where as a consultant and team leader he successfully engaged major corporate clients such as AGL.

Backed by his success at Morgan & Banks, Ian went on to establish his own specialist IT&T executive search and selection organisation (Elev8) which, among other things secured a major contract with the Department of Defence.

In 2002 Ian sold his interest in Elev8 to pursue an opportunity in the mortgage industry via the acquisition of equity (and a directorship) in TMS Commercial - the Commercial Division of The Mortgage Store, now known as BlackRange Financial Solutions.

At the time BlackRange Financial Solutions (incorporating TMS Commercial) were concentrating on residential mortgages, but today the business successfully incorporates commercial lending, insurance and financial planning services - no doubt in keeping with Ian's desire to exceed the expectations of the customers he now serves.
